Magnetic Vinyl Signs
Offer your clients a portable advertising solution with our magnetic advertising signs. They can be affixed to any magnetic surface e.g. iron and steel and are easily applied and removed leaving no residue. Suitable for use indoors and outdoors our magnetic signs are printed on an ultra-sturdy 900µ (0.9mm) thick magnetic substrate which are guaranteed to withstand the elements of the outside world for up to 2 years.
With custom sizes available from 100 x 100mm right up to a monster 3000 x 990mm and the option to cut to almost any shape using our “custom shape option” you can provide magnetic signage to fit almost anywhere from fridges, offices, walls to vehicles. They can provide both temporary and permanent advertising for all kinds of businesses.
Printed direct to substrate on a 900µ (0.9mm) thick magnetic sheet comprising of a matt white PET (a form of polyester) to the front and a magnetic layer on the reverse.
When supplying artwork for Flexible Magnetic Vinyls, please supply 1 multi layered PDF, which contains the following:
- 3mm bleed on all sides
- CMYK PDF
- Outline or embed fonts
- 150 dpi resolution
- Artwork layer named “Artwork” with CMYK artwork for print
Custom Shape:
If you are ordering a custom shape, please supply a vector cutting guide within a layer named “KissCutting”. The cutting shape should be a single closed vector shape with a line weight of 0.25pt, set as a spot colour named “KissCutting” using 100% Magenta only. This should be setup as an overprint stroke. Its dimensions must match the size ordered. e.g. If you order a 150 x 150mm magnet, then your cutting guide must also be 150 x 150mm.
