Stand out for the right reasons with our long-lasting PVC banners. Printed in full colour onto tear-proof PVC material, these banners are built to last whether you use them indoors or out.

440gsm PVC

Standard Banner-Grade Material

Our industry standard outdoor/indoor banner material. Can be used for all types of displays from outdoor poster displays to large advertising banners. This is the most popular material.

  • Industry standard banner-grade PVC
  • Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
  • Flame-resistant to DIN4102
  • High-quality full-colour print
  • Standard finishing included
  • Printed with fade-proof UV-based inks

340gsm PVC Mesh

Our 340gsm Mesh PVC material is ideal for use on scaffolding or large building wraps.

  • Printed on fine 340gsm PVC Mesh
  • 25% Air-flow through
  • Offers enhanced image compared to other mesh
  • M1/B1 fire-rated to comply with UK and European fire safety standards
  • Standard finishing included
  • Printed with fade-proof UV-based inks

The mesh banner material is 25% open to allow air to pass through creating less stress on the banner itself. The mesh also allows a certain amount of light through so that when used on buildings, windows are not left completely darkened.

Mesh is lighter than standard banner material which means it could be more suited where weight is an issue, such as installation or the protection of the surface it is being fixed to.

500gsm PVC

A premium coated banner-grade material

  • Premium quality, coated banner-grade PVC
  • Suitable for tension-frame systems
  • M1/B1 fire-rated to comply with UK and European fire safety standards
  • Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
  • High-quality full-colour print
  • Standard finishing included
  • Printed with fade-proof UV-based inks

740gsm Double-Sided PVC

Our top-of-the-range material for use on double-sided banners

  • Light-stop lining to prevent show-through from the reverse
  • High-quality full-colour print
  • M1/B1 fire-rated to comply with UK and European fire safety standards
  • Standard finishing included
  • Printed with fade-proof UV-based inks
  • Each banner is printed and finished to your requirements.

Our premium 740gsm banner material is the best quality material on the market. It has two layers of PVC with a light-stop material inbetween. This prevents any show-through from the reverse side so is the perfect solution for double-sided banners.

The material can also be used for single-sided banners, giving them a supreme quality feel and extra strength. This material really is 'premium'.

Print ready artwork

Is preferably
  • a .pdf file
  • in CMYK
  • has a 3mm bleed
  • at least 300dpi
However we're happy to work with just about any file from any application.

PDF File

We prefer Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Files, with fully embedded fonts, or all fonts converted to paths. Please use the 'High Quality Print' settings in your software package when creating the .pdf Other common software we can work with include Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark and many more. Please note! If you do not supply us an adobe .pdf there may be unexpected changes in the finished print - for this reason we always send you a proof to approve before we go to print.

CMYK

Artwork should be supplied as Full Colour, Cyan Magenta Yellow and Blac(k) files, rather than RGB as colour differences can occur when converting from screen to print colours.

Bleed

Your artwork should have an extra border around the edge, your design may 'bleed off' into this area if it is intended to print right up-to the edge of the cut final sized page. More detailed information on bleed is available.

300dpi

Computer Screen images are usually 72 or 96 Dots Per Inch, when these are printed they tend to be very small, or 'pixelated', for print images a much higher detail, or resolution, image is required, usually 300 Dots Per Inch (dpi) or even higher.
